I think that what you published was actually very reasonable. However, what about this? what if you wrote a catchier post title? I ain't saying your information isn't good., but what if you added something that grabbed folk's attention? I mean BLOG_TITLE is kinda boring. You might peek at Yahoo's front page and see how they write post titles to grab viewers interested. You might add a video or a related picture or two to get readers interested about what you've got to say. In my opinion, it could bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
